Sealed bids without involving any foreign exchange component are invited from manufacturers / suppliers / Importers duly Sales Tax registered for the supply of following material at MEPCO IT Directorate Multan on FCS basis.

08 The tender forms can be obtained from the office of Director (Proc.) Distb: MEPCO HQ, WAPDA Colony Khanewal Road Multan up to one day before the opening date of tender on payment of Rs.2000/- each (Non-refundable) on the production of prequalification /registration , sales tax registration certificate and other required documents / proof. The tender will be opened publically in presence of bidders or their representative who wish to attend on above mentioned date & time.
Bidding will be carried out by adopting “Single Stage One Envelope” procedure. Bidding Documents containing detailed terms and condition method of procurement, procedure of submission of bids, bid security bid validity opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc. are available for the interested bidders in the office of Director (Proc.) Distb: MEPCO Ltd Khanewal Road Multan. The tender will be received half an hour before the above schedule date and time. Bid Security / Guarantee @ 2% of the quoted value / price in shape of Pay Order, Bank Draft, and CDR in favor of CEO MEPCO must accompany with the Bid by the bidder, Otherwise Bid will be rejected. The conditional tender will not be accepted.
The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach at the office of Director (Proc.) Distb: on or before the bid closing date & time.
