1. Applications alongwith credentials are invited by the Een-C’s Branch, Gate No 7, GHQ

Rawalpindi for Pre-qualification of Firms / Contractors and issue of tender documents for following works for E-in-C’s Branch in the light of clause-13. 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules-2004:

• . Firms will furnisn details including work orders, location and pictures of completed

projects alongwith satisfactory completion certificate from user. Firms having experience in Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing works / services registered with PEC ‘n relevant field are eligible to apply.

3. Firms will furnish list of personnel, sank statement, NTN certificate, Income tax return

for the last three years.

4. Only Those Firms/ Contractors can apply who fulfill the under mentioned criteria:-
5. Enlisted with PEC in Cat C-2 & above in the relevant field with validity up to Jun
   2022
6. Preferably Enlisted with NILS in Cat A. In case of non-enlisted firms,
   2% bid security will be provided (Refundable)
7. Pre-qualified with Ei^–i^.‘-in-Chief’s Branch, GHQ. Rawalpindi
8. a. No Special Report ^Or Df&F & No outstanding DI&E recoveries.
9. Tenders will he issued to Pro-qualified firms / contractors and are required to be

received in E-in-C’s Branch GHQ Rawalpindi at 1130 hours on 10 June 2022 and will be opened on the same date at 1203 hours.

6. Incomplete application shall not be entertained
7. The Accepting Officer reserves the right, to reject any or all the applicetloes in the light of

para-33 ofPPRA rules-2004.

8. Any assistenee and oeta4 (if required) may he corected from DP&W E-in-C’s Branch
