      TERMS & CONDITIONS  
     
      The blank tender forms can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours on any working day up to 26.08.2022 on payment of the tender fees Rs:1000/- (non-refundable).
    2) The tenders will be received back on 29.08.2022 up to 01:30 PM and opened on same date 02:00 PM. If the undersigned or any other committee member of tender opening committee is out from HQ, the tenders will be opened on the next working day.
      The bidders who will provide original & (one set attested) of the following documents/information are eligible to participate as per PPRA Rules 2004 (amended to date).
    i. Valid registration certificate of PEC (2022-23).
    ii. Full name, permanent address, telephone and fax numbers, email and the organization and structure.
    iii. Affidavit in which the bidder undertakes that he is not involved in any litigation.

    Affidavit in which it should be undertaken that the information provided is true and correct. Affidavit that the bidders has not been black listed by any Government/ Autonomous body.
    iv. Registration (NTN Certificate) from Income Tax Department including original CNIC.
    iiv. Registration (SRB Certificate).
    4) Tender documents will be issued on production of 5% of BOQ amount w earnest money in the shape of call deposit in favour of Executive Engineer CWD SEPCO, Sukkur and must be entered the name of firm in call deposit.
    5) If firm/partner involved in partnership deed, then complete details/instructions and Power of Attorney will be submitted on affidavit by the proprietors.
    6) Conditional & Telegraphic tenders will not be entertained.
    \o\-e . Cutting/over writing of offered rate/cost will not be accepted and tender o the firm will be rejected.
