TENDER NOTICE
INVITATION FOR BIDS
WAPDA Hospital Quetta invites sealed bids from the eligible Chemists / Pharmacies possessing valid drug license to conclude Close Framework Contract for supply of Medicines, Disposables/ Misc. items on daily basis through local purchase slips issued by hospital to outdoor patients of WAPDA Quetta.
Interested & eligible Chemists / Pharmacies registered with income tax & sales tax department who are on active tax payer list of FBR may get the Bidding Documents at the address mentioned below on submission of written application along with payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000/- during working days between 09:00 hrs. to 1330 hrs. unto 19-07-2022.
Bidding will be conducted through Single Stage — Two Envelope bidding procedure containing separately financial and technical proposal as per PPRA Rule-2004. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:30 hrs. on 20-07-2022. Bid Security of Rs: 25,000/- in the shape of Pay Order / Demand Draft / CDR should be attached with the Technical offer. Late submitted bids shall be rejected. Bids shall be opened on the same day in the presence of the Suppliers’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 12:00hrs. The Chemists / Pharmacies are requested to give their final prices/ Rebate.
1) Bid must be accompanied by an undertaking on judiciary stamp paper that the bidder has not been blacklisted by Government, Semi-Government, private organization.
