NOTICE INVITING TENDERSealed bids are invited on item rate basis for following works from the P•C registered firtit in relevant category having relevant code and Electrical License as well as AEDB License from the quarter concerned on single stage one envelope comprising separate technical and financial proposal as per PPRA rule 36(a). I he Tender documents can be purchased from the office of undersigned up to 18(08/2022 on any working day at the cost of Rs. 5000/- will be received on 19/08/2022 up to 12:00 PM and opened 12:30 PM on same day. Fixed bid security i.e call deposit or irrecoverable bank guarantee shall be provided vv Mt the bid otherwise it shall be treated as non-responsive. Procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject all bid or proposals at any time prior to acceptance of bid / proposal as per PPRA rule 33(1).
Technical proposal shall comprise documents given in eligibility criteria of tender documems in 1B2&2(a). I valuation committee will determine responsiveness of each technical bid.
Thy financial bid of only responsive bidders will be considered and announced as per eligibility criteria. ‘technical proposal shall comprise of’ tender documents with filled item rate in “schedule of prices” and “Schedule of work” firm are not allowed to quote their rate other than specified and blank financial proposal shall be declared non-responsive by the evaluation committee.
