1. A complete set of tender Documents may be purchased by interested bidder on submission of a written request on letter head of the firm alongwith copy of CNIC, NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificate to the above mentioned office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,000/- from 12th December 2022 till 28th December 2022 during office Hrs (0900 hrs to 1600 hrs).
2. All bidders must be accompanied by a 2% bid security of the total bid price in shape of Bank Draft/CDR from a Scheduled bank in favour of Deputy Manager 500KV Grid Station NTDC Peshawar.
3. The Tender/ bid in a sealed envelope along with Samples must be delivered at above mentioned address on or before 29th December 2022 till 10:30 Hrs. tenders will be opened at 11:00 Hrs on the same day in presence of bidder’s representative who choose to attend at the same address.
4. All the Uniform items must be according to NTDC standards.
5. Random selection will be made from the Uniform items to be supplied for checkthe quality & standards.
6. The bidders are requested to give their best and final price.
7. The price shall be final inclusive of all taxes.
8. NTDCL reserves all its rights regarding rejection of bids as defined in clause 33(1) of PPRA Rules 2004.
