    PRE-QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS

    REIN                                                oaipepot Matiripur/DP&W/E-2

    1. Applications alongwith credentials are invited by the E-iri-C’s Branch, Gate No 7, GHQ,

    Rawalpindi for Pre-qualification of Firms i Contractors and issue of tender documents for

    following works for E-in-C’s Branch in the light of clause-13, 15 and 16 of PPRA Rules-2004:

    2,         Firms will furnish details including work orders, location and pictures of completed

    projects alongwith satisfactory completion certificate from user, Firms having experience in Construction, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing works’ services registered with PEC in relevant field are eligible to apply.

    1. Firms will furnish list of personnel, Bank statement, NTN certificate, Income tax return

    for the last three years.

    1. Only Those Firms/ Contractors can apply who fulfill the under mentioned criteria:-
    2. Enlisted with PEC in Cat C-2 & above in the relevant field with validity up to Jun
      2022
    3. Preferably Enlisted with MES in Cat A. In case of non-enlisted firms,
      2% bid security will be provided (Refundable)

    a           Pre-qualified with Engineer-in-Chief’s Branch, GHQ, Rawalpindi

    1. No Special Report of DI&E & No outstanding DI&E recoveries.
    2. Tenders will be issued to Pre-qualified firms i contractors and are required to be

    received in E-in-C’s Branch GHQ Rawalpindi at 1130 hours on 14 June 2022 arid will be opener on the same date at 1200 hours.

    1. Incomplete application shall not be entertained
    2. The Accepting Officer reserves the right to reject any or all the applications in the light of

    pa’a-33 of PPRA rules-2004.

    1. Any assistance and detail (if required) may be collected from DP&W E-in-C’s Branch

    R.A Bazaar Gate No. 07 GHQ Rawalpindi during working hours.
