MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES — NOTICE OF TENDER
1. Applications for Pre-qualification of contractors / firms are invited by
GE (DP) APF (APE & APE JF-17) PAC Kamra within Fifteen (15) Days after Advertisement for the following
Works. ‘tender documents of work will be delivered to qualified contractors:/film later on. The tenders-must he received by 11:30 hrs and will be opened on (Same date) at 1200 hrs. on prescribed date.

2. Accepting officer reserves all the rights to accept or reject any one or all bids / proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid/tender not to be mentioned after.
Note:- Contractors/finns shall provide a certificate that they are not involved in any type of litigation with Government Department in the Court of Law and that no Special report of Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch, 01(0 Ittvpi is outstanding against them.
3. All the contractors/lines Irrespective of their enlistment or non enlistment with NIES will certify in writing that they are
4. Contracted with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and will also submit a wry of their registration with PEC. t. The contractors / firms borne on the approved list of MES in cat -E* and above may apply only.
5. All contractors’ firms not born on the approved list of MES may also apply and they will deposit earnest money Q 2% of estimated cost and furnish a certificate along with their application giving detail of works executed during last two years and those in hand. on the Perform as appended below:-
