1. Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC), invites bids for Procurement of Annual General and
Printing Stationery items for PNSC Head Office along with GST & for PNSC Tankers/Ships (0% GST),
as per rule 36(a) of PPRA Rules 2004, Firms/Bidders must be registered with taxation authorities
having valid National Tax Number (N.T.N) General Sale Tax (G.S.T) and also listed on Active
Taxpayers List (ATL), (Copies of above valid certificates must be provided).
2. Bidding documents are available free of cost at address stated below from Monday to Friday during office
hours 08:30 AM to 03:30 PM till September 5th, 2022 or can be downloaded from PNSC website
http://www.pnsc.com.pk. This advertisement is also available on PPRA website: http://www.ppra.org.pk.
3. The sealed bids on prescribed forms duly filled-in signed and stamped, accompanied with 2% Earnest
Money / Bid Security of total bid value through Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of PNSC should be dropped
in Tender Box placed at Conference Room, First Floor, PNSC Building, Karachi latest by 11:00 A.M on
September 6th, 2022. Tender will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M in the presence of bidders,
who may wish to attend.
4. PNSC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rules 2004.
