INVITATION TO BID

For Hiring of Vehicles

1.         Pakistan Navy invites sealed bids from Contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) for supply of following vehicles during 2022-23 on hiring basis on as & when required:
a.    Car Toyota Corolla 2020-22
b.   Car Civic 2020-22
C.  Toyota Land Cruiser (Prado) 2018 -22
d.   Land Cruiser V8
e.   AC Coasters
f.    AC Hiace

2.      Bidding documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be obtained from office of the Staff Officer (Liaison & Protocol) Headquarters Commander Karachi, 9 Liaquat Barracks, Karachi. Tel # 021-48506027.

3.      The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents, must reach Senior Staff Officer, Liaison & Protocol, Headquarters Commander Karachi,9 Liaquat Barracks, Karachi on or before 28 Dec 22 till 1030 hours. Bids will be opened the same day at 1100 hours.

4.      Pakistan Navy reserves the right to reject any tender in part or full after assigning reason and PN will not be required to justify the grounds for rejection.
